Eco Experts will conduct a completely FREE home sustainability assessment, valued at $250. And there’s no catch – it’s free because the service is funded by the Australian Federal Government, as part of the Green Loans and Home Sustainability Assessments Scheme.
And it doesn’t matter if you’re a renter, owner occupier or property investor, Eco Experts can teach you how to:

In less than 90 minutes, the experts can conduct a physical inspection of the household. Everything from the home’s heating and cooling, water heating and efficiency, lighting, refrigeration, cooking, entertainment and waste management is assessed. We understand how you live and will show you how you can live a greener lifestyle without dramatically interrupting your daily routine.
After your home assessment is complete, you’ll receive a sustainability report detailing how you can save water, energy and money. You’ll also be eligible to apply for an interest free green loan of up to $10,000 to finance your new sustainable solutions. This loan is interest free for a maximum of four years and cannot be obtained without a home assessment. The funding for a free home assessment is expiring soon, so don’t delay!
